CASE OF URTICARIA

Presenting Complaint
-Mr. A.B.C presented with a 6months history of recurrent urticaria characterized by raised, red, and itchy welts on the skin.
-The outbreaks were sporadic but severe, affecting his quality of life.
His IgE levels were also high +>1000.

Conventional Treatment

-Mr. A.B.C had been prescribed Levocetrizine, which he was taking regularly. While this medication provided temporary relief from the symptoms, it did not prevent the recurrences. Additionally, he experienced side effects like drowsiness and dry mouth and severe Constipation.
