PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease) or PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a disease characterized by multiple (‘poly’) cysts (small sacs filled with fluid) in the ovaries.

• A 32-year-old female presented with complaints of irregular menstrual cycles, weight gain , and her last menstrual period (LMP) was 3 months ago.

• She was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) based on her symptoms and ultrasound findings .

• She opted for Homeopathic treatment and was prescribed constitutional medicine after detailed case taking

• After starting the treatment, she noticed improvement in her menstrual cycles, with periods becoming more regular with 30- 33-days cycle.
