Case of a 32year old female with
– Weight gain of 15 kg in 8-9 months
– Irregular menstrual cycles with heavy flow
– Offensive, watery vaginal discharge (leucorrhoea)
– **Initial Laboratory Results:** TSH level at 150 µIU/mL

**Initial Diagnosis:**
– The patient was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism with TSH >150

**Treatment Decision:**
– **Conventional Treatment Recommendation:** The patient was advised to start Thyronorm, a conventional thyroid hormone replacement therapy.

**Treatment Progress:**
– **After 2 Months:**
– **TSH Level:** 10.56 µIU/mL.
– Weight 87kgs with lifestyle changes
– Not much fatigued since treatment started.

– **After 6 Months:**
– **TSH Level:** 5.5 µIU/mL
– Weight after 6months 80kgs

**Discussion:**
– **TSH Reduction:** The marked decrease in TSH levels from 150 µIU/mL to 5.5 µIU/mL suggests a positive response to the homeopathic treatment.
