A Case of PCOS Since Puberty Managed with Homeopathy (on going case)!!!

A female aged 32 yrs connected online from Canada for a known case of PCOS .
Irregular cycles of an average 90 days and above from 5-6 yrs , Heavy flow lasts for more than 15-20 days , Severe Weight gain .
Patient even had episodes of Severe Anemia wherein she had to undergo transfusion of blood.
Fatigue feeling, bloated sensation and husky voice had also been a part of chief complaints.

A detailed Homeopathy case taking was done considering the physical , emotional and Psychological aspect.

Conflicts related to PCOD/PCOS is Fear of Loosing someone or betrayal from loved ones which triggers the emotional sphere axis and the Pathology sets in.
All the emotional and physical parameters were considered on above conflict active phase and a Homeopathy medicine was given.

Progress and follow ups:

1st Follow up after 45days (online): Her last menses were July 2023 and treatment commences from September 2023 . November 2023 Follow up : There had been Intermittent spotting seen only .
2nd Follow up Jan 2024: Cycle after 5months( December 2023) from previous cycle , Very Heavy Flow with clotting.
Follow up 3 March 2024: Cycles: 85-90 days , had episodes of Intermittent spotting . Bloating is reduced considerably.
Follow up were taken at every 2monthsto trace the cycle and flow.
Follow up 2025: She had cycles of 65-70 days but there has been no episodes of low hemoglobin through the course of 2yrs. No blood transfusion required. Mentally also she improved.
Hence a repeat Sonography was adviced at the end of 2025.

2) Bulky ovaries, Multiple follicles ( upto 15follicles in right ovary and 20 follicles in left ovary) .

Report Impression Dec 2025: 1) There are subcentimeter multiple follicles bilaterally less typically seen in PCOS
2) No impression of Adenomyosis.Conclusion: This is an ongoing case of PCOS , with Homeopathy patient cycles improved and we could completely reverse Adenomyosis and PCOS.
