Case of Renal Calculi [Kidney Stone] Managed With Homeopathy ( On going case)!!!

Case of 27 year old male patient presented to clinic after an acute episode of severe abdominal colic and had to be hospitalized.
On investigation it was revealed of Bilateral Renal Calculi .
Right kidney : upper pole : 3-4 mm mid calyx 3-4 mm,
Left Kidney : Upper pole: 4mm with Hydronephrosis.

Case Presentation at Clinic

Patient Started with Homeopathy in May 2025, he was asymptomatic.
On case taking patient said his Urine stream had changed since 2months.
Urine stream disturbed, Urine output reduced and Urine drop by drop.
No abdominal pain .
Patient had symptoms of minor GERD (Gasrro- esophageal – Reflux – Disease ) .
Heartburn on and off with empty eructation.

Homeopathy approach and progress :

A tailored Homeopathy medicine was prescribed to the patient.
Patient was advised to use a Urine strainer to see any fragments of stone being passed out .

Follow up after 20 days.

Patient experienced Urine stream improved drastically after4 days of Medication.
His Gastric symptoms improved with eructation experienced few episodes only.
On 18th day of Treatment : One staghorn Calculi passed early in morning in urine while using a strainer. This is an on going case , patient has been adviced to repeat CT- KUB ( Kidney- Ureter- Bladder) .

Stone sent for stone analysis – 6mm * 6mm calcium oxalate monohydrate, calcium oxalate dihydrate.
