Case of Pediatric Child :
Complaints:
- A girl Child aged 13yrs Came to clinic with Acute Recurrent Pancreatitis .
- Complaints of Fever with Abdominal pain and distention with Vomiting .
- Weight loss by 3kgs in last 5months.
On Examination:
- Raised Serum Amylase
- Raised serum Lipase
- Tongue : White coated
- Abdomen : Soft Non Tender
- Thirstless
- Loss of Appetite
Homeopathy Treatment and Prognosis:
- A detailed case had been taking considering the Childhood History as well of the child.
- After administering the First dose ,the Child was called back after a week.
Follow up After 1week: - Her abdomen Pain and distension had reduced by 20-30%
- She could tolerate food and not Vomit everything.
Follow up After 1month:
- Abdomen pain and distension reduced drastically.
- Appetite improved, She asked for food and could tolerate
