- A Male child aged 8yrs entered with mother , shy and bashful , small forehead , unable to stand on his feet well ( can stand only with support ) , slurred speech ,biting of nails and less or no eye contact
- Detailed case of Mother had been elicited , after 3 months and 1 st follow up , no great changes had been seen hence case had been retaken probing Mothers History.
- After Retake of Case , over 2nd follow up onwards Head circumference Improved and could balance himself for few seconds without support.
